RETURNS

ALL SALES MADE DIRECTLY THROUGH artifyclothing.com ARE FINAL. We do not accept items that were ordered incorrectly. If an item is damaged, we advise you to email us within 30 days of receiving the package. Find the email at the ‘contact us’ page. And we will do our best to search for a fitting solution.

SHIPPING

All the orders made in our store are shipped with postnl. we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. when this is the case, email us, and we will do our best to find a fitting solution.

International fees/taxes

Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply internationally. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by artify clothing, nor are they included in the total amount of your order. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery and will be entirely for the customer. We have no control over the cost of these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Events outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.
